UB Alum Chris Rosenquest honored at recent regional conference in Portland, ME
Plattsburgh Mayor Chris Rosenquest and Upward Bound alum was recently honored at the New England Educational Opportunity Association’s annual conference as a 2023 NEOA Achiever. This honor is given to outstanding graduates of the region’s TRIO programs (Upward Bound) who are making significant impact on their communities and profession. Plattsburgh College Foundation Scholarship
As of the fall of 2019, we are excited to announce a new scholarship established for Upward Bound by the College Foundation. A generous group of former Tutor-Counselors and members of the Clio Sorority from our early days here on campus raised the necessary funds to establish the Upward Bound Student Scholarship. This scholarship, awarded annually will be given to a recent graduate of Upward Bound who is also attending SUNY Plattsburgh. This amazing gift will assist our alums for many years to come!
