UB Alum Shaileigh White awarded the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence!
Shaileigh White, a current student at Clinton Community College was recently awarded the distinguished Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence in a ceremony held in Albany, NY on April 11, 2024. Below, Shay is pictured with SUNY Chancellor John King at the ceremony below. Congratulations Shay!
Plattsburgh College Foundation Scholarship
As of the fall of 2019, we are excited to announce a new scholarship established for Upward Bound by the College Foundation. A generous group of former Tutor-Counselors and members of the Clio Sorority from our early days here on campus raised the necessary funds to establish the Upward Bound Student Scholarship. This scholarship, awarded annually will be given to a recent graduate of Upward Bound who is also attending SUNY Plattsburgh. This amazing gift will assist our alums for many years to come! Thanks again to Carol St. John, Sue Gallanter, and the Office of Institutional Advancement!
